About Tileshift
Tileshift is a free, browser-based sliding tile puzzle game. It is provided for entertainment purposes at no cost. No purchase is required and no in-game purchases exist.
Permitted use
You may use Tileshift for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code for commercial purposes.
- Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the Game.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the availability of the Game for other users.
- Use the Game in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
No account or registration
Tileshift does not require you to create an account. Your game progress and best scores are saved locally in your browser. We have no access to this data.
No gambling or real-money features
Tileshift contains no gambling mechanics, no wagering of real money, no loot boxes, no randomized paid rewards, and no in-app purchases of any kind. The Game is entirely free to play.
Intellectual property
The Tileshift name, logo, design, and code are owned by the developers. The sliding tile puzzle concept itself is in the public domain. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell Tileshift or its components without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
Tileshift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Game is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of Tileshift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Game. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Game shall not exceed zero, as the Game is provided free of charge.
